A Social Takeover at the International Eventing Youth Championships

There aren’t many things that would have me fighting to do a 7-day week, but this weekend was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up!

The Brief

This past weekend, I was invited by Bishop Burton College to cover the prestigious International Youth Championships on the Saturday.

What I delivered

  • I researched & secured interviews with riders ahead of the event

  • Independently planned, captured and edited content for Instagram Stories, Instagram Reels, TikTok and Facebook

  • Secured, hosted and edited videos with the course designer, fence judges, coaches and other integral team members

  • Liaised directly with riders to get content to them

  • Shot and delivered additional content for the social media team to use at a later date

Results

  • Over 56 posts across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook

  • Over 165K views/impressions

  • Content performance which lived in the top 3 posts ever shared on Instagram and TikTok

If you’re looking for an equestrian who shares content through an educational and relatable lens, with reach and the ability to work independently to deliver content that works for your event or business, get in touch.
